Cancellations – paid tickets

ALL TICKETS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

If you are no longer able to attend your booked event, please email info@harleyfoundation.org.uk.

Date transfers: Where possible we can transfer your booking to an alternative date, depending on availability and subject to a £3 admin fee. We cannot guarantee that date transfers will be available for your event.

Name transfers: Let us know if you would like to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member and we will arrange this for you at no cost.  Free of charge name transfers must be for the original ticket date and time.

If the event is cancelled by the Harley Foundation all tickets will be refunded in full.

Booking fees

All of our advertised prices include the booking fee charged by our ticketing platform.

The price you see is the price you pay.

Cancellations – free tickets

If you are no longer able to attend your booked free event, please cancel your ticket via Eventbrite to make the space available for another visitor. We often have long wait lists for events and your help is very much appreciated.

Pre-booked events and drop-ins

All events at the Harley Foundation must be pre-booked, unless the website states it is a drop-in event.

We reserve the right to refuse entry if you do not pre-book for ticketed events.
