Do I have to wear a mask?
In line with government guidelines, we ask that you wear a mask in the galleries unless you are exempt.
Do I have to book?
You do not need to book to visit the galleries, however, we may occasionally need to ask you to wait in the Courtyard if the galleries are busy.

When are you quietest?
Our visitor levels vary, but a good rule of thumb is that the galleries are quietest between 12noon and 2 pm.
Are the toilets open?
Yes, the toilets are open for our visitors during gallery opening hours.
Do you accept cash in the Gallery Shop?
Yes, we accept cash.
Can I use the lockers?
Yes, lockers are available downstairs in The Portland Collection.
What do I need to do for track and trace?
Please scan the QR code at the entrance, or fill in a track and trace form.
Do you have sanitiser stations?
Hand sanitiser is available at the doors into The Harley Gallery and The Portland Collection museum.
Is there a time limit on how long I can stay?
No, we are not operating restricted visit times. Please feel free to take your time and enjoy your visit.
I haven’t had a vaccine, am I allowed to visit?
Yes, you are welcome to visit if you have not had a vaccine.
